Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Bear Environmental (“the Company”) for services, you (“the Client”) agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties unless otherwise agreed in writing.


2. Scope of Services

Bear Environmental provides environmental consulting, industrial cleaning, waste management, and related services. The specific scope of services will be outlined in the project proposal or contract. Any additional services requested by the Client outside the agreed scope will require a written agreement and may incur additional charges.


3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide access to required facilities and information necessary for completing the services.
  • Ensure the accuracy of any data or information supplied to the Company.
  • Comply with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations at the worksite.

4. Fees and Payment

  • The Client agrees to pay all fees as outlined in the proposal or contract.
  • A deposit of [Insert %] is required to commence work. The balance is due upon project completion.
  • Late payments are subject to a [Insert %] monthly interest fee after 30 days from the invoice date.
  • Credentials for website backends or other deliverables will only be shared upon receipt of full payment.

The Company will follow all applicable laws and standards to ensure the safety of its employees, clients, and the environment. The Client is responsible for any site-specific requirements and must inform the Company of any known hazards.


6. Confidentiality

The Company will treat all Client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without prior consent unless required by law.


7. Limitation of Liability

Bear Environmental will not be held liable for:

  • Delays caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or labor disputes.
  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
  • Any damages exceeding the total fees paid by the Client for the specific project.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

  • The Company warrants that services will be performed professionally and in accordance with industry standards.
  • No other warranties, express or implied, are provided unless explicitly stated in writing.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days’ written notice. In such cases:

  • The Client is responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.
  • Any outstanding balances must be settled upon termination.

10. Intellectual Property

All reports, designs, documents, and materials created by Bear Environmental remain the property of the Company until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership is transferred to the Client.


11. Governing Law
